BIZKAIBUS is the Public Bus Transport Service for passengers in Bizkaia, and as such, it is people centred. This means knowing and responding to their needs, expectations and desires, before, during and after interacting with this space and all the elements that make it up (people, technology and screens, furniture, lighting, information, etc.).

As a result, a diaphanous, accessible, intuitive, modern and welcoming space, where each specific area and element are consciously designed in order to improve passengers’ experience.
