This family of ovens marked a before and an after in SALVA´s products style. In fact, these ovens’ style line continue being a reference for the industry and the market eight years later.

In 2009 industrial ovens started to be more visible in a front stage such as restaurants, coffee shops or pizzerias. Therefore, it was really important to achieve a clean and hygienic image and usage. Interfaces were also ground-breaking at that time so they had to be simple and intuitive to facilitate professional´s work.

Stakeholders shadowing and interviews were made in order to get closer user insights. This helped to define product family´s features.
