There is nothing like being at home, and when we are sick and more vulnerable, it increases the need to pass that process in a warm, close and familiar environment, as is our own home.

This need, in the face of aging population, chronicity, and the necessary sustainability of the system, allow us to approach a project for Home Care Attention improvement. This means a care modality directed to those people who, due to their health or social situation, require care at home, temporary or permanent. In the design of this new model, we consider organizational elements, characteristics of space and devices, the function of technology, interactions between people, etc.

After a throughout research focusing on the user needs, key points and strategies have been identified to guarantee a quality attention.
