When thinking about urban mobility, examples such as bike sharing services or other services which are mainly for people that have no mobility problems are those that come to our minds. However, is somebody considering that people with reduced mobility (PMR) should also have services adapted to their needs that allow them to explore the city in an autonomous and safe way?
At DIARADESIGN we design for all, a person with a leg in cast or a 80 year-old person are part of our target users too. This is how HIRIAN was conceived.
As part of the Mobility as a Service, Hirian is designed to operate in public spaces with an easy and intuitive access system, autonomous technology and guidance system that accompanies the rider along the city. Its stackability and modern design make it attractive for cities that want to promote active lifestyle among citizens.
