The first Noida metrol was launched in July 2017. The Noida-Greater Noida 29.7 km track is known as the ‘aqua line’, is inspired by blue and flowing shapes, and showing an impressive aerodynamic design, spacious cars, and a soothing color scheme synchronized with the line’s ‘aqua’ theme. Each train has four coaches, which will have a seating capacity of 186, and can carry approx. 1,000 passengers. Noida metro signifies a world-class Metro which has been designed with environment sustainable development features as rain-water harvesting, zero discharge, minimum water consumption, electricity conservation, and use of solar power etc.
